Well I thought this was interesting. Left was 2009, right is today (with special guest appearance of food baby). Scales are junk, y’all.

the reason why you should never judge your progress only based on your weight!
This This THIS!!! Everyone needs to see this pic…muscle weighs more then fat and LOOKS 10 times better. This is why we shouldn’t obsess if our weight stays the same for a bit when we are training hard. 

I really needed to see/hear this again. Thanks.

^^ So true.   Skinny Fat vs. Skinny Fit. A reminder that a lower weight is not the goal! Muscle weighs more than fat.
