Bake cookies! Duh.
We made the Lemon Clouds, this time, and they
really are very easy and delish.
They are rolled in powdered sugar before baking, so when they rise the
sugar ends up giving the cookie a white crackle look, but don’t be deceived.
These are not crunchy or brittle but very very soft!
You must try these! They’re too easy not to.
- 8 oz thawed CoolWhip
- 2 eggs
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- powdered sugar
Beat the eggs into the Cool Whip. Add the cake mix and beat until most of the lumps are gone. Chill for 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 350. Grease your baking sheets. Drop a teaspoon of dough into sugar and roll around with a fork, tap off excess. Bake 9-11 minutes. Cool on racks. Hide them from the kids!
